Winnebago Industries, Inc., headquartered in Forest City, Iowa, is a leading United States (U.S.) manufacturer of recreation vehicles (RVs), which are used primarily in leisure travel and outdoor recreation activities. The Company builds quality motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheel products, and transit buses.

Winnebago will be moving production of select diesel products to the 200,000 square-foot, former Country Coach, facilities in Junction City, Oregon. The transition estimated to be complete sometime in the second half of calendar 2017.

We continue to customize the manufacturing operations to best suit our process and functions. These include installing very specialized fixtures that Winnebago uses to build the steel coach foundations and then marry that structure to our chassis’.

These highly sophisticated fixtures are custom-made for Winnebago and take many months to engineer, build and deliver to us. They are very important in the process of building a Winnebago motor coach as they will ensure that the all-important coach foundation is straight and true, which improves ride handling and reduces noise when traveling.

This process is expected to be completed in 8-10 weeks and then we can begin a more accelerated production ramp-up schedule. In the meantime our chassis are coming to us from our Forest City facility with the steel foundation pre-installed until we have our own fixtures here.

We are primarily building the new 2017 Grand Tour 45RL models with all new front body styling and a redesigned dash. The coaches look and function fantastically and are built with the same high-level of engineering excellence and manufacturing quality that has been associated with the coaches produced from the Winnebago’s Forest City, Iowa facility for nearly 50 years. We will be introducing more Grand Tour floor plans as well as other Winnebago motorized products into our line-up as we progress over the next few years.

Our new West Coast Customer Service facility is servicing more and more Winnebago owners. Owners are happy to have a factory service center closer to their homes in the western part of the U.S.
